Generic Managerial Skills: Plan and lead the technical team for assigned delivery, share the delivery updates and reports on need basis. Identify technical risks and mitigation plan
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze business/system/data mapping requirements from customer
- Documenting the system and data mapping requirements
- Developing Technical design documentations
- Lead the technical team in delivering various data masking activities (Static and Dynamic data masking) in wide verities of data sources and types
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define their needs, facilitate agreements/decision
- Data discovery and profiling
- Validating testing scripts and collaboration with QA/testing team
