- Technical Design lead for both functional and Integration GAPS
- BYWMS cloud implementation expert.
- Provide knowledge transfer / technical training on BYWMS Technical Architecture to partners and client resources as appropriate

- 5+ years as BYWMS Technical lead
- Minimum 2 Full life Cycle of BYWMS Deployments.
- Minimum 1 Full Life Cycle of BYWMS Cloud Deployment.
- Experience leading integration discovery and configuration workshops
- JAVA/MOCA/BY Integrator/Connect /DMS/Jasper/SQL/GitHub/Page Builder
- Experienced in BYWMS gap design and delivery
- Collaborating/Managing diverse and matrixed inhouse and customer SMEs
- Technical thought leadership
- Mentoring junior team members
