Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in Windows OS SoE Engineering
· Should have deep understanding on Autopilot and Intune (Cloud version), Security Center, Azure Active Directory, RBAC, NSGs / ASGs, Group Policy, Packaging Modernization, CloudShell, PowerShell
· Should have deeper understanding of Active Directory infrastructure, Network & Storage
· Should have deeper understanding of M365 suite of components SCCM, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Defender, ATP and Windows 10
· Should be able to drive workshops with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and design Windows 10 SoE
· Should be able to assess the environment, business requirements and design Windows 10 SoE configurations
· Should have prior experience in managing Windows 10 using SCCM as well as Intune
· Should have experience on Windows SoE Image design, engineering and deployment
· Assess the infrastructure and management tools and design Windows 10 feature upgrade
· Should have prior experience on Windows 10 Servicing using all available Servicing tools (SCCM Task Sequence, SCCM Servicing, Intune, WUFB, WU)
· Should have prior experience with OSD and Application deployment with SCCM
· Should have prior experience with design and configuration of Complex Task Sequences in SCCM
· Should be able to identify & configure Windows 10 GPO policies
· Should be able to do engineering for Workstation GPOs
· Should have prior experience in managing M365 Application deployment & servicing via SCCM
· Should have prior experience of managing Language packs for Windows 10 OS and M365 Apps
· Should have prior experience with Windows 10 Modern Provisioning solutions like Autopilot, Provisioning Package
· Should have prior experience in creation, testing and implementing Windows 10 Servicing using SCCM
· Should have prior experience on performing hardware qualification for Windows 10
· Should have prior experience on managing drivers for all supported models on Windows 10 SoE
· Should have prior experience on L3 & L4 support for Windows 10 OS
· Should have prior experience on L3 & L4 support for SCCM
· Should have prior experience with SCCM baseline and DCM
· Should have prior experience with SSRS report creation and management
· Should be able to perform application compatibility testing and application deployment
· Co-ordinate with various stake holders to setup/configure the technical and environmental pre-requisites
· Manage Bitlocker and Windows defender ATP policies as per organization requirements
