Role: Lead iOS/Swift Developer
Visa: No H1B/OPT/CPT
Duration: 6+ months contract
Location – Remote if not in Denver and the candidate is strong.
Job Description-
they have to do a Tech Screen and be have great communication since this is a lead role- Sr. Candidates with Lead Dev exp.
You’ll be responsible for leading the implementation of customer facing applications, work on the Spectrum News tvOS application. You’ll collaborate with your team to develop and manage the current code as well as lead new initiatives for the application roadmap. You should be comfortable collaborating with engineers, designers, accessibility smes, analytics smes and QA/QE; being able to communicate with your colleagues in app engineering and back-end engineering will be critical, as well as communicating with teammates in product and design.
· Developing advanced applications for the tvOSplatform
· Organizing development team efforts to meet defined requirements and goals
· Proven working experience in iOS app development and have published at least one original iOS app in the Apple Store or Enterprise App store
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
· Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
· Bug fixing and improving application performance

Qualifications
· 7+ years in native iOS Mobile App development with strong knowledge of Swift
· tvOS platform experience
· VOD and Linear Streaming experience
· Previous experience in a Team Lead capacity or similar role
· Strong knowledge of iOS UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
· Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
· Understanding of Apple iOS design principles and interface guidelines
· Experience working with JSON & RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
