Well versed with CICS resource definitions online(terminals, programs, bundles etc.), defining new CICS regions etc.
Experience in upgrade of CICS TS from lower version to higher version.
Knowledge on CICS Transaction Gateway and CICS webservices and CICSplex Operations Experience in vendor product install / upgrade and applying PTF for maintenance CICS SSL Setup Troubleshooting Experience in CICS Monitoring Tools – CA SYSVIEW / Omegamon / Mainview etc.
Well versed with CICSPLEX Setup (CMAS), MRO region Setup and troubleshoot related issues
